【2024馬來西亞中學教師台灣教育文化參訪團 – 文化大學鳳梨酥製作體驗活動🍍】
9月16日下午2點，文化大學很高興接待來自馬來西亞的國中華文老師參訪團。這群老師主要負責對華學生的升學輔導，這次來訪除了深入了解本校的資源，也特別關注生應系海青班學生在文化大學的學習情形📚。
在生應系海青班烘焙科的安排下，參訪團親身體驗了充滿台灣特色的鳳梨酥製作🍰，展現了本校推廣台灣傳統美食文化的努力。老師們對我們烘焙科的專業設備和教學過程表示讚賞👍，並對海青班學生的學習進展表達關心🤝。
這次的交流不僅促進了雙方教育工作者的互動，也為未來的教育合作和文化交流奠定了良好的基礎🌟。

[2024 Malaysian Secondary School Teachers' Taiwan Education and Culture Delegation – Cultural University Pineapple Cake Making Experience Activity🍍]
At 2:00 pm on September 16, China Culture University was pleased to receive a delegation of Chinese language teachers from secondary schools in Malaysia. This group of teachers is mainly responsible for the further studies guidance for Chinese students. In addition to gaining an in-depth understanding of the school’s resources, this visit also paid special attention to the learning situation of the students in the Haiqing Class of the Department of Life Sciences at the Chinese Culture University.
Under the arrangement of the Baking Department of the Haiqing Class of the Department of Life Sciences, the visiting group personally experienced the production of pineapple cakes full of Taiwanese characteristics🍰, demonstrating the school's efforts to promote Taiwan's traditional food culture. The teachers expressed their appreciation for the professional equipment and teaching process of our baking department👍, and expressed their concern for the learning progress of the Haiqing class students🤝.
This exchange not only promoted the interaction between educators on both sides, but also laid a good foundation for future educational cooperation and cultural exchanges🌟.
