本校海外青年技術訓練班(以下簡稱海青班)旨在培訓烹飪、美容 SPA、時尚造型、幼保、觀光、烘焙及景觀之領域相關專業人才。師資除延聘本校既有之優良師資外，更敦請國內此方面有專業技能之名家為師，親臨指導以增加學生實務技術與經驗。並對其生活輔導與介紹我國傳統文化，期能為海外青年開創就業機會，增加生活適應能力與對祖國文化認同與向心力。
本校自民國五十二年起，設置海外青年技術訓練班烹飪科，民國七十二年起設家政科，旋於民國七十八年改為服裝美容科。民國八十二年復增觀光、幼兒保育兩科，民國八十三年再增設烘焙科，民國九十四年增設景觀暨室內設計科，並將服裝美容科改為美容造型設計科。爾後，為符合世界潮流、配合產業需求，民國九十九年再更名為美容 SPA 科，且於民國一百年增設時尚造型科。
本校海青班開辦迄今，回國受訓僑生分佈於馬來西亞、港澳、泰國、韓國、印尼、新加坡、汶萊、緬甸、帝汶、伊朗、阿根廷、澳洲等等地區。學成後返回僑居地學以致用，對其個人與僑居地經濟社會發展，均有不可忽視的貢獻。另外部分畢業生赴國外進修獲得學士、碩士學位，亦受肯定。
Our school's Overseas Youth Technical Training Class (hereinafter referred to as the Overseas Youth Class) aims to train professionals in the fields of cooking, beauty SPA, fashion styling, childcare, tourism, baking and landscaping. In addition to recruiting excellent teachers from our school, we also invite famous experts with professional skills in the country to be our teachers and provide personal guidance to increase students' practical skills and experience. We also provide them with life guidance and introduce our country's traditional culture, hoping to create employment opportunities for overseas youth, increase their ability to adapt to life, and increase their identification and affinity with the motherland's culture.
Our school has set up a cooking department for the Overseas Youth Technical Training Class since 1963, a home economics department since 1983, and then changed to a clothing and beauty department in 1989. In 1993, the Tourism and Child Care Departments were added. In 1994, the Baking Department was added. In 2005, the Landscape and Interior Design Department was added, and the Fashion and Beauty Department was changed to the Beauty and Styling Design Department. Later, in order to keep up with world trends and meet industry needs, the department was renamed the Beauty and SPA Department in 2000, and the Fashion Styling Department was added in 2010.
Since the establishment of our school's Haiqing class, overseas Chinese students who have returned to China for training are distributed in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macao, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Myanmar, Timor, Iran, Argentina, Australia and other regions. After completing their studies, they return to their host countries to put their knowledge into practice, making significant contributions to both their own personal and the economic and social development of their host countries. In addition, some graduates went abroad to study and obtained bachelor's and master's degrees, which was also recognized.
