競賽目的： 為能發揚技能價值觀念，推廣職業技能訓練，藉由競賽的方式提供參賽者相互交流的平台，促進技能提升及產業發展。透過熱門的蛋糕創意裝飾、藝術麵包及咖啡拉花做為競賽標的，鼓勵青年學子及相關從業人員參與，吸引大眾的目光及興趣，並藉此向社會大眾宣導及展現技職教育與職業訓練的價值。期能將參賽者視野及技能提升至國際水準，達到產學合作、業界交流促進烘焙及咖啡產業的發展。
競賽時間： 2025年4月26日 (星期六)
競賽地點：新北市三重區綜合體育館（新北市三重區新北大道1段2號）
競賽組別/名額：
備註：每項目名額將會依照實際報名人數略有調整之，實際參賽人數，請依大會現場公告為主。

Guidance Unit: New Taipei City Government, Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor
Organizers: New Taipei City Government Labor Bureau, New Taipei City Government Vocational Training Center
Purpose of the competition: To promote the value of skills, promote vocational skills training, provide a platform for participants to communicate with each other through competition, and promote skills improvement and industry development. By using popular creative cake decoration, artistic bread and coffee latte art as competition items, we encourage young students and related practitioners to participate, attract the public's attention and interest, and use this to promote and demonstrate the value of technical and vocational education and vocational training to the general public. It is hoped that the participants’ vision and skills will be raised to international standards, and industry-university cooperation and industry exchanges will be achieved to promote the development of the baking and coffee industry.
Competition time: April 26, 2025 (Saturday)
Competition location: Sanchong District Comprehensive Sports Center, New Taipei City (No. 2, Section 1, Xinbei Boulevard, Sanchong District, New Taipei City)
