中秋節前夕，#海青班 烘焙科的同學們在 #周清源老師 的帶領下，親手製作美味綠豆椪月餅，不僅將課堂所學實際運用，更挑戰大量製作與販售，過程中收穫滿滿、成長許多！
這次的月餅不僅香氣十足、口感紮實，還蘊含著學生們的用心與汗水。短短時間內順利完售，也讓大家信心倍增，感受到團隊合作與顧客回饋的喜悅✨
感謝周老師用心指導，讓同學們在課堂以外也有寶貴的實戰經驗，歡慶佳節的同時，也開啟了未來職涯的美好想像🌟
On the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, students from the #Haiqing Program’s Baking Department, under the guidance of Professor Ching-Yuan Chou, handcrafted delicious mung bean mooncakes. Not only did they apply what they had learned in class, but they also took on the challenge of large-scale production and sales—gaining valuable experience and growing tremendously in the process!
These mooncakes were not only fragrant and rich in texture, but also filled with the students’ dedication and hard work. Selling out in such a short time boosted their confidence and gave them a deep sense of joy from teamwork and customer appreciation ✨
Special thanks to Professor Chou for his thoughtful guidance, which gave the students this precious hands-on experience beyond the classroom. While celebrating the festival, they also opened the door to imagining a bright future career 🌟
